Today is the day we give ourselves credit and give gratitude. Also you can post about anything else you want.

Today I am taking credit for all the times I want to eat more and I don't, especially at lunch. At lunch I usually feel like I want to eat more but I don't and sure enough after 20 minutes I'm fine. Giving gratitude for myself, husband, family, and friends are all still healthy.

Credit for staying focused, for using this time to establish self-nurturing practices, for searching for resources to aid in areas where I am in need.
Gratitude for Judy and the support that the folks in this group provide, for the fact that we are all still healthy.
