Today is the day we set weekly goals and share what we do in our me-time. Also, you can post whatever else you want.

Weekly goals: tracking, exercising, weighing and measuring, meditating, attending my virtual WW meeting, keeping up with online support groups. Me-time: puzzles, computer, exercising, meditating.

WEEKLY GOALS:
* fill paper journal with foods eaten, exercise and points/ghgs used * Track exercise and food on MFP * Focus on feeling thin and eating healthy - when I believe it will happen it does
ME TIME: Reading and reviewing...might do something else but that is what is currently on my schedule. Want to start reading the KORU awards books that I need to judge, too.

Goals: Keep getting my 🔵s + Rollovers, daily exercise, stay connected to support groups.
Me time: reading, meditation, piano, coloring.

Weekly goal: Daily weighing, posting, eating seated, tracking, working out, meditating, meal planning. Also keeping up with the housework. Inertia is setting in. Me-time: reading, watching TV, posting, meditating, exercising. I'm lucky that a couple of my goals and me-time overlap. ETA: Speaking of inertia, it's closing in on noon and I'm still in pajama bottoms and neither bed has been made. I give it a hardy "Oh Well".
