been getting in 60 minutes of walking while reading...seems to get me to walk more than having nothing to do while walking It is getting easier. Will increase time or increase speed in the future.

I added Jazzercise from my local fitness studio this week, dance, arms, and abs for 1 hour. My instructor is streaming on FB live daily. I joined in 5 days. Itโs nice to workout โwithโ people who know you personally and you can see that friends are watching. I also enjoyed a 1 hour seated stretch class. 3 days Leslie Sansone, WAH
