I take credit for getting something done today that I was putting off, but I finally did it. What helped was when I realized I didn't have time tomorrow to do it. I also take credit for tracking, weighing and measuring, exercising, meditating, going to my virtual WW meeting, keeping up with my online support groups. Gratitude that we and my family and friends are still healthy.

Credit for keeping up with tracking, exercising, meditating and pre-planning, even though I have overeaten the past two days.
Gratitude for my friends, everyone I know is still healthy, and not experiencing financial distress.
