My weekly goals are to track, weigh and measure, exercise, meditate, and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my puzzle, computer, meditation, and exercise time.

Weekly Goals:
* Get ahead rather than behind in the reading/reviewing
* Continue tracking on I Track Bites (my sister thought this was a program to track BUG bites ) * Do laundry * Make healthy meals * Hydrate * 60 minutes walking most days of the week
Me Time: Hope to work in at least one nice long soak in the tub although with it as hot as it is now maybe I don't want to do this? Hmm...

Goals this week are to stay focused; daily exercise at least 30 minutes in my heart rate zone, attend a WW virtual meeting, keep positive thoughts as we proceed into the next phase of this pandemic. Me time: reading, Netflix, enjoying nature Thank you cathygeha, You made me 😆!!! A great start to the day!

Weekly goal: Mine are almost identical to Judy's as always. I would like to have more on-plan days this week. I have two so far. I sound like I'm in an AA meeting. Me-time - same as Judy's also.
