I give myself credit for not overeating this week. I think I'm getting a little depressed and I've been wanting to overeat most of the week. Gratitude for all of you guys. You are an important part of my world.

Credit: Figuring out I Track bites, filling it in daily, not giving up or giving in when some days were higher points than they should be or when the scale moved up instead of down AND getting the walking in.
Gratitude: ITB app and the person who made it available to people.
Hope to talk to granddaughters this evening. It is nice and cool and overcast with rain last night and perhaps more today. Birds are singing outside the open window and life is good

Credit: DH and I both keeping to a mostly healthy routine.
Gratitude: People are starting to socialize outside with only a few visitors. Our neighbors had a BBQ last night with music and a couple of extra kids running around. Usually we moan when they start with the music, but it was actually enjoyable this time. They stayed in their backyard and deck.

Credit for increasing exercise, for staying focused, for finding ways to counter the emotions that arise these days, for resisting the urge to have more points just because they were available, for not succumbing to old ways of thinking.
Gratitude for this group of partners, for a dependable, safe, space to meet and share, for the opportunity to learn new things in an unstructured way, for my family and loved ones, for those who check on us.
