Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

It's Monday first day of spring!! Today's challenge is to have an OP day.

Wed -work those abs
Thurs -2 healthy oils
Fri -journal it
Sat -at least 6 servings water

Happy spring today. We all may not feel it. But April May and June till the 21st are all spring. I hope the QVC turbo shakes (130 calories 4 points 15 protein) come today. I can have one of them and 2 WW shakes for 35 grams of protein. I just now use 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for my fat on a slice of healthy life. And it is natural.And I am eating 12 ounces of tunafish in water. 6 Healthy life sandwiches. And all my food comes to 31 points. 16 ounces of pumpkin in can. 3 apples 2 eggs sugar free gelatin.

I can't eat tuna, I have to be a vegetarian 6 tablespoons of peanut butter fr protein and 3 WW smoothies for protein 4 apples 6 slices of if healthy life pumpkin in can 16 oz and 0 point jello
