What healthy habits do you have, and what healthy habits do you wish you had?

I would mention what worked for me: tracking, planning ahead, weighing and measuring, getting support, and a realization that this is for the rest of your life.

Healthy Habits I have:
* Drink more than enough water * Awareness when I eat of what I am eating (high or low calorie - I know) * Walking while reading (fairly new but can see it is becoming more and more so) * Fruits and vegetables daily * Tracking on ITB (new but feel it is becoming a habit - know that for me it is the key to successful weight loss and maintenance) * Checking in with online support groups and friends (thanks everyone!)
Healthy Habits I wish I had (and hopefully will work on in the future):
* Moderation in eating and drinking ALL calorie entailed items (some can turn into a binge if one is eaten/imbibed)
* Weight training (used to do this and loved how I felt - want to start incorporating it back into my life in the future) * Yoga or stretching (have never done this except once in awhile - should do it daily)
