My goals are to attend my virtual WW meeting next Monday, to track my food, weigh and measure, exercise, meditate, and keep up with my online support groups. My me-time is my puzzle, computer, reading, exercise, and meditation time.

GOALS * Continue to track on ITB * Stay within parameters of the program * Exercise at least 60 minutes per day on average * Hydrate
ME TIME * I just realized that ME TIME is when I walk and read a book *I* want to read and not reading other times when I have a book (or more) that I have to read for review purposes...so...reading while walking * Perhaps I also enjoy creating variations on recipes to liven up the menu
OTHER * Going to the US Embassy to pick a letter up on Thursday. Not looking forward to the drive into Beirut and hope all will be easy with covid-19 safe rules and social distancing

Goal: more dusting and vacuuming. This house is a dust magnet. All the cat hair doesn't help either.
Me-time: same as ever, reading, watching TV, exercising, meditating, petting the kitty.
