I'm IN.
๐๐ต๐๐ต๐๐ต๐๐ต๐
And oh, SO proud of the Young Marines who provided honor guard and performed To the Colors at the mayor's โจ๐ฆ
โจMEMORIAL DAY serviceโจ๐ฆ
โจ. Masks and social distancing in place, doing something they'd never done before, and providing the Township with a dignified reminder of all the OTHER young men and women who grew up to serve and make the ultimate sacrifice.
Today? If the weather stays clear, I believe that grass cutting is on Toots' mind. And the daily pic of the iris bed.
But first... coffee... โโโ...

Great pics of the YM, MJ. We remain socked in with fog and drizzle. Hopefully we will get some sun eventually.

Iโm IN.
Itโs going to be a hot, humid day. They are talking about record breaking temps. And just 2 weeks ago it was snowing. Gotta love WNY weather.
Will be puttering around in the basement today, itโs cooler there.
Enjoy!

Good morning all. Great picture, diva49,. It's nice to see the young Marines carrying on traditions. We had more rain and a lightning show last night around 1:30 a.m. I think the rain is over for the day and hopefully the cooler temps will hold for awhile.

Taking Ron to urgent care this morning (against his will lol) for the poison ivy all over his arms and under his left eye. It's probably not anything serious, but a couple of the spots on his arm look really puffy- like infection puffy. Better to get it checked than wait and have a serious problem later.

Happy Tuesday!
I got my flower boxes painted and flowers planted this weekend. Took two loads of stuff to Goodwill. I feel like I finally accomplished something!
The husbands surgery went well. He's hobbling around. He was able to cut the grass yesterday (we have a zero turn mower, so no need to use the leg he had surgery one). I am ready for him to go back to work already! He is currently in the kitchen cooking fried potatoes and an omelet for himself! He is killing my diet! LOL (I had my coffee, banana and protein shake.)
I'm playing catch up with some work e-mails and then going to go get my walk in before it gets too hot out there! It's already 78 degrees! UGH! (I also set up my Alexa, so I am having fund asking her all kinds of questions! I can make her bark like a dog or meow like a cat and it drives my animals CRAZY! Yes, I am easily entertained!)
Turkey breast in the crock-pot for dinner!
I hope you all have a GREAT day! Positive energy to all!

Yep, though they just said "contact dermatitis via plants" and put him on a strong antihistamine, antibiotic(ha- the same one Murray is on lol) and a cream.

Morning all and thanks for the start MJ. Love the pic ๐บ๐ธโค๏ธ Yikes DotRen glad you got him in right away, having it on the face is MISERABLE, especially close to an eye. Poor guy. neen glad his surgery went well but he needs to keep his food smells to himself. ๐คฃ Ribs cooking in the crock, tackling chores is on tap for the day. I am in, have a great day! โ๏ธโ๏ธโ๏ธ Oh has anyone given the WW "American Potato Salad" a try? For only 4 points I was thinking of giving it a shot.

diva49, beautiful photo. neen, DotRen, hope your hubbies are on the mend! Good morning. Beautiful day, more outside stuff on the agenda. I notice that I am relying more and more on MFP tracking than WW tracking and wondering whether it is time to drop WW altogether. I gave the VW's a try and although it was a novelty at first the novelty has worn off. The last time I stopped in at my VW there were only three people whom I recognized---two members and a guide. My leader has been replaced and one of the guides is still there but I see from the other guide's FB page that she's been let go. One of the members I recognized went on about her relationship with God (which she did at IRL meetings but somehow seemed really out of place in the VW). The other member who is really funny and quick-witted IRL said absolutely nothing during the thirty minutes. The whole thing struck me as desperate and sad. DebDoesWW, I haven't made that WW recipe but I make the Faux-Tato salad using cauliflower quite often. I have tweaked it a bit from the original WW recipe and it ends up being 2 points per 1 cup serving, 86 calories (MFP calculator).

Iโm in. VW went well this morning. Smiling as I report Iโm back on track and the scale is back down the lb I added last week. Yay! It encourages me to keep my eye on blue. Tracking has begun and hydrating is taking place. Have a good day everyone.
