B: coffee L: I picked up some "Bibigo Chicken & vegetable mini wontons" and might toss those in the air fryer and make a peanut dipping sauce and a salad. Son has been eyeing them for a few days lol. D: turkey, cabbage, rotel, cheese casserole

dalgona coffee some more of the broccoli fritters (i'm getting over them, as i made too much but now i am committed to finishing them this week til they're all gone! can't bear to waste food!) leftover slider with cheese and onions sauteed zucchini

The mini wontons were good. I gave them a spritz of olive oil and popped them into the air fryer for 5 minutes at 370f, shook them and went another 5 minutes.
