Good morning! B: coffee L: I think I'm going to make this hot and sour soup with ground turkey instead of tofu, and might skip the cornstarch all together D: grilled chicken breast and charred cherry tomatoes(just tossing them in a cast iron skillet with a little olive oil and lots of garlic, salt and pepper)

S - Usual coffee B - Egg baked in a sweet potato/cheese boat over arugula with evoo and lemon L - Chicken caesar salad S - Fuji apple with dark chocolate hummus D - Chicken sausage, peppers, onion and velveeta on a 3 pt. Italian roll E - Easy jog. Needed a change of pace

dalgona coffee salmon and zucchini gratin probably a glass of wine tonight to celebrate ex's bday
not sure what else. the girls want to bake him cupcakes so may just splurge and have one.
