Do you have a schedule for your meals and snacks? If you do not have a schedule, why do you decide to eat?

I eat by a schedule. I've been doing this schedule for years (this is for when I'm at home) and it has been worked out cover the times of day when I get hungry. If I'm away from home I go by my hunger.

No real schedule now but when working there was one as there was when the children were at home. Now I go by when I get up and then about four or five hours later and again that much time for dinner. If I am up at 6am it is different than if up at 8 or 9.

I usually eat when I’m hungry. Usually that’s about 9 am., 3pm and 7pm. depending on what’ else is scheduled for the day.

Mostly, but I'm flexible with it. I do try to stop eating for the day by 5:30-6:00 PM. I'm early to bed, early to rise.

Prefer a schedule so dinner isn’t too late. I don’t schedule snacks, but I think I should since I’m usually hungry around 5 and want to snack poorly.
