Kathy, are you just getting regular storms or is there a tropical system I haven't heard about? Sorry you didn't get much of a decrease in temperature or humidity over the last few days. I agree that with or without masks on all the items on the chart Linda posted is a good question. I saw an article a couple of days ago on the CNBC web page that if 100% of peole wore masks, we could get rid of the virus. If only 75% did we could flatten the curve, and if only 50% did we could get ahead of the curve. It stinks that even 50% of people here aren't willing to take such a simple step. I heard your numbers are continuing to climb. Is that in the more urban and coastal areas or in your county as well?
WOW on the WW offer, Becky! Yes, it sounds like you may be right about things not going too great for them. That's incredible on 56 degrees yesterday morning. We weren't even that chilly. How was it this morning? How was PT today? Do you have another evaluation next week?
Linda, that's bizzare on the blood work. Maybe the stress of the current situation has an effect on your numbers. Lose weight and exercise is easier said than done. Cutting all the simple carbs would help. Exercise, at least outdoors, this time of year can be a real challenge. Do you have any exercise equipment at home? Do you enjoy workout videos like Kathy does? Thanks for the CDC info. Too bad most people aren't following the guidelines. That's why our numbers are up. I keep track of my county and the surrounding 3 and all of them have been climbing this week, some pretty significantly. I heard yours are still climbing as well. That's another reason not to go out for exercise.
Did Iggy get his shelves made and mounted, Chele? Do you and Iggy have plans to go anywhere tomorrow? Is he still wanting to get together with the family?
Denise, I'm doing well and hope you are. I'm glad you didn't lose power. I know some of those neighborhoods have very old trees and it can be really hazardous when they get uprooted. Enjoy your weekend. Got any plans? How goes your reopening?
I just saw your Gov being interviewed about the LE restrictions bill he just signed. What's the status on covid there? Are you still holding your own? Wish we were. What are your plans for the weekend?
I had a busy morning, mostly cooking dinners for Arya. Mission accomplished and she has 38 containers of pilaf and veggies in either the fridge or freezer. At least I don't have to do that for a while. I also did a load of laundry. While I was cooking, Dale was at the state park running. Then he picked up lunch at Salsaritas. I'll probably just do a protein shake for dinner cuz I know I won't be hungry an hour from now. The new supplements seem to be doing well. I did not have to take my sleep herbs before bedtime last night and got a usual night's sleep. No major plans for the weekend. We have a 10-day trial on the wireless internet, so we are still using it, but it's a challenge. We are getting such low download numbers that when we try to watch a show, it has to buffer every minute or so, which is really distracting. Email and FB load about as fast as dial up. We'll probably hold onto it until the other one comes just to have something, poor as it is. Lots of showings on the house. We told the RE agent to share the inspection details with prospective buyers, so if someone does decide to put in a contract, hopefully it will have a good chance of going through because they already know its flaws.

Karen, we were getting weather from Cristobal, but now it's just regular storms. I think there is a disturbance in the Atlantic that will affect us some next week. The pond is pretty full and I saw something that looked suspiciously like a gator. It was too far away to tell what it was though.
I saw that 65% of our Covid increases were in South Florida, but the numbers are climbing everywhere. Our hospitalizations haven't increased much in this area, so at least that's good. My zip code went from 12 to 32, so that's a huge jump, but still a low rate overall with ~30k people in it. I wish I knew if the increase was concentrated in a certain area or just all over. What we need is a large gathering of people from all over the country that won't be wearing masks or social distancing. At least it will be in Jacksonville and not here. That's practically in Georgia.
Hope you get the internet worked out soon. That's good that people are interested in the house. Hope it sells quickly and you can be done with it. TGIF to all! Have a good evening.

Thanks for the start Karen.
Denise Have a good weekend off.
Linda Sorry your labs were up while fasting. That's the first thing all doctors say is lose weight and exercise.
Karen I don't know if I'm actually getting that offer from WW. One email said since I had a free month in January I wasn't eligible. The next email on a different email account said it had been extended for 62 days. They have been doing virtual meetings only and have laid off employees. They are going to reopen for regular meetings just to WI and buy product in some areas. It was 58 this morning but it warms up quickly.PT went very well. I used a PT I hadn't had since my first day back and she was very pleased with my progress. The left side of the knee and my hamstrings are still tight but my bending angle and knee is already straighter. I still have 6 degrees to go before it's straight enough.Next Wednesday will already be my 12th visit so they have to reevaluate then.

Since holidays we have been eating junk. Last month I got lazy and gave in to his hamburger hot dog fries wishes. Few veggies.desserts. Got to stop. Got to quit stress eating at night...have nit been in a super sacrifice mood.
Almost same numbers on second test but I ate less fatty stuff before and more junk carbs...zap! I have to deal with it or buy new clothes larger....argh! Been sitting too much at home. Have recumbent exercise bike...makes butt numb! But I should use it and my PT exercises.
hope the house gets sold, Karen. And internet solved....bummer.
library opening Monday but museum, senior center and most everything else pushed back. The library is where people with little AC or just evap coolers go to read in quiet cut ERs days. All the places old folks who cannot afford big electric bills Have been shut down.
micki got a walk at 8:15 in twilight. 110 again.
