Exercise continues to be walking while reading. If I had a treadmill I might use it but since I can still read the nook and walk in circles or from wall to wall inside will continue with that. Still 20 minutes in three sessions during the mornings.
If covid-19 had not come to visit my daughter would be here and we would soon be off to tour Scotland...maybe next year or the one after that.
