The book: The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck.
We will start the Beck Book Review on Friday, 06/26, with the introduction and forward. On Wednesday, July 1st, we will start with the first day of the 42- day program.
"Sign-up" means taking a week to post a new post each day about that day of the program. For those who are not signing up to take a week it would be nice if you let us know you will be following the review.
If you sign-up to take a week we do a day of the program per day starting March 1st. The person who takes a week posts info about the day of the program and we discuss it (other comments are okay too). You would just do a little write up for each of the seven days in your week. They do not have to be long or detailed because people can always look at the book.
