Today I give myself credit for tracking, exercising, meditating, weighing and measuring, attending my virtual WW meeting, and keeping up with my online support groups. Gratitude that my friends and family are still healthy.

Credit for tracking truthfully even when it revealed that I had exceeded my limits, for keeping up my weight-related habits, for adding new habits that support my goals. Gratitude for bbbearsmom and this group, for continued good health in all of my circles, for celebrating 1 year recovery since my aortic heart valve replacement and the subsequent pulmonary embolisms.
