Do you think you spend too much time on weight management?

It is part of my life now. I now spend time planning what I eat ahead of time. Spend time at my WW meetings and in my online support groups. I also sometimes spend more time preparing my food rather than having something I could just grab. I enjoy the rewards of spending this time on myself and my weight management journey. I think of it as me also ending up with more time in a sense that I'm healthier and being heavy had ways to take up my time.

Not TOO much but definitely it is a focus at the moment. If it is not a focus then I am usually gaining rather than losing or maintaining. Also, my sister has been on WW for about a month and we check in with one another twice a day. We encourage one another. I also have a number of groups I start threads for or visit and post to here on this forum as well as a few I check sometimes on Facebook. Since ITrackBites is new to me (well a month in now) I am more focused on getting the food into the app than I used to be just writing it down on paper. Since I don't have any of the old WW materials I am thankful to have ITB to record on and do the tracking in.
Too much? Nope...though it may decrease in the future?

Not at all. I look at it as an important aspect of self-care. I like looking good as much as anyone, but at this stage of my life the health benefits are the greatest motivator.
