My weekly goals are to track, weigh and measure, exercise, meditate, go to my WW virtual meeting, keep up with my online support groups. Me-time will be my exercise, meditation, puzzle, and computer time.

My weekly goal is to not use all weekly points.
I am on week 3 back on program. Feels good to be eating healthier again.

Me Time * Reading * Soaks in the tub * Getting enough sleep

Me time: reading, crafting, watching movie classics, language lessons.
