When it comes to dieting many words can be used in relation to how we watch our calories: management, moderate, limit, budget, control, restrict, and even watch. I got to thinking that we do this in other areas of our lives. We are not just restricting when it comes to calories. What other areas in your lives besides calories do you manage and not just indulge as much as you want?

Coffee...the part where my esophagus meets my stomach is stretched so I get acid reflux. Therefore I'm not supposed to have coffee because it relaxes the opening making the acid reflux worse. I do have half a mug in the morning but crave some more in the afternoon. I also restrict my spending, and my speeding, well all driving behavior.

I limit and manage: wine, energy output, idle time.

Good morning everyone
I try and limit amount of time on iPad. Minutes can turn into hours if I let it.

Alcohol. Everything else I pretty much give myself permission to indulge. I have to watch it; I am naturally an idle time-waster.
