What are some of your summer-time recipes?

I don't really have any summer recipes. I eat pretty much the same year around except I have watermelon in the summer.

No real recipes...meals are often based on the produce hubby brings in from the garden plus whatever dry beans I have cooked with a grain.
Breakfasts: * labneh/yogurt with fruit, dry oats and seeds * egg on toast with cooked egg and latte
Other Meals:
* tabouleh with local cheese and bread * baked potato topped with labneh or cheese or chili or whatever and salad or sliced tomato on the side * wrap using local pita bread and whatever is in the house: hummus, beans, pickles, veggies, etc * big salad with some protein tossed in and perhaps pasta or a grain, too
I just wing it and count points as I add them to the meal

cathygeha, your food always sounds so good! My breakfast and lunch are the same year round. I cook dinners from Clean Eating magazines that I have collected over the years. I have them grouped by months, so I just rotate to the current month/season. I have several for each month.

Hello everyone
I bbq more in summer. Seem to eat more salads in the summer.
Did my weekly weigh in at home this morning. Lost .7. Glad I am back on program. I lose slow because using all weekly points and do not exercise much.

decolady, Good work on the loss. Slow losing is still losing and gets you to goal.

I tossed ALL of my magazines in the purge...do have cookbooks, though, I could use.
