I’m glad to hear that you’re feeling better lani,. cathygeha, 😂😂😂 I did the same thing this morning. Wednesday 154.8 - Down .8 The scale finally broke 155! I haven’t done that in 7 years. I didn’t think it was possible with my change in lifestyle from being on the go 18 hrs/day. What a big change!!! I’ve gotten lots of juicy tips from all of you. Thank you! Support makes all the difference in the world.

Thank you! ann1953 & cathygeha, I’m following WW Blue (freestyle) I wasn’t doing well with it at first. Then bbbearsmom, suggested I try WW green where you pretty much count points for everything. That helped me rein in my portion sizes and then I went back to Blue where fruits, plain fat free yogurt, and all veggies are free.

luvvinlife, I'm also doing blue as I know it inside and out LOL. When I was attending 'regular meetings' lots of people there were on green. Very few on purple for some reason. It's smart to play around and find the one that works best.
