Hi Mo.. I woke up too early. Already ate so hungry. May add an apple or pumpkin. I hope I can eat what I planned. I think I lost weight but may eat closer to leaving so not sure., I weigh in Wednesday and just go Saturday with Anne Russs niece. i applied and got on along waiting list for another section 8 apartment, I would miss Russ. But it would be closer to the footsore. There you have to be 62 which I am. February 9 I got on waiting list. Maybe 3 year wait. But my organizer would like to visit with me an see an apartment to see if it is as large as this one or smaller or larger. I am allowed to have a treadmill and extra refrigerator her so it may be best to stay. And Target is a block away. And Gateway can get here easier,I hope my favorite leader still leads Wednesday's meeting.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Mo!
I did a 2 mile walk yesterday in my neighborhood. It took me 43 minutes, whine! But I did it and then did my post-run exercises that were part of my running routine. It felt so good even though I walked, not ran. I have hopes I'll be running this summer. I really loved my old routine of running several miles, followed by lunges, squats, tricep dips, pushups and ab work. That probably sounds weird but I truly like exercising and love how I feel after a tough workout!
I made it to the gym this morning for the 5:45am spinning class. I guess I'm still a little weak from the flu but still am much better today than yesterday. I have a dinner date (sort of) this evening. Just wish I wasn't basically at my worst right now -gimpy and wearing granny shoes, overweight and now recovering from the flu. Wow, what a gem, huh?!
Still, the days are getting longer, my foot and knee are getting stronger, I'm walking fairly normal, I feel very optimistic that I will be feeling like my old self again by the summer!

Deb because a big hotel is being built next door and traffic will be horrible on my one way street to walk or Gateway to park. I would have to lose 1.2 lbs a week to lose 36 lbs by January

Bummer Amy! But WTG on your loss this week, woohoooooo!! Sounds like you have a very realistic and doable plan for getting to your goal weight by January!
I'm just back from the dentist. I got the other tooth that had a crack in it, capped. I just got paid yesterday (I only get paid once a month) -oh well, easy come easy go! At least getting a cap on your tooth isn't the ordeal it once was! These new caps they use are actually pretty nice and a maaaaaajor improvement on my old crappy fillings!
