i really need to get back outside for walks. they did so much more for my mental state, and i don't mind taking a walk with a mask on (now that everyone in the state is mandated to wear one when out and about, and we frequently will pass by people on our walks since the weather is so nice).
today i'm making a father's day celebration meal for my ex husband.
i have chicken breast soaking right now in whole milk, cream, cayenne, salt, paprika and garlic powder. i'll coat them with a cracker crumb and then bake. i also am going to toss cauliflower florets in olive oil and then roast and in the last few minutes of roasting, coat them with a mixture of orange marmalade and chili sauce
also have some peach sparkling wine from france.
