congrats to both of you!
i'm hovering the last two weeks with another 1 lb loss from the initial 8 lbs (so 9 total since lockdown) but the 1 lb on some days makes its way back. it hasn't stuck just yet!

If I had been so smart like you to lose during the pandemic I would be 2 pounds from goal.

Since May 22 and beginning to use ITrackBites for tracking I have lost 9.2 pounds
According to My Fitness Pal I have lost...from highest to current weight 18.4 pounds and the date of that MFP start was July 27, 2012
Last time I was trending down I reached a low of 187.4 before my daughter brought BOXES of my favorite candy bars as some of my Christmas presents and then up again. That was in 2014.
Looking at the trend and weights is interesting.

How about the 1/2 pound for just this week?🤗
Not sure I can do it either as it's really hard to lose when you get this age but I'm going to try. When I was younger it was easy for me to lose but not now! I have a doctor's appointment to tweak the B/P medicine I'm on that caused the weight gain.
