leftovers from yesterday: chicken breast and roasted cauliflower. i think i want to make an overeasy egg too. i have been buying from a brand called happy egg and the ones i got are a beautiful pale blue shell or a brown shell that looks like a wooden egg! they are gorgeous. they are literally the best tasting eggs i've ever bought. pricey at nearly $10 a dozen but so worth it.
i brewed some cold brew coffee yesterday and will have today instead of the dalgona. i'm having a feeling that to have that drink each day, i'm keeping myself in maintenance mode (just enough calories to push me to that limit) since about half the drink is milk and half is coffee. this way i'm just putting a splash of cream and no full cup serving of milk.
