Fullmahina started a great thread on Thoughts About Virtual Workshop Etiquette. I could not believe some things people are doing during their Virtual Meetings so today when I called the WW 800-651-6000 number to inquire about my membership I asked the phone receptionist about Virtual Meetings and got some good information I will share below. I talked to Leslie, who is a coach, she said if you are having disturbances in your VM it would be best to talk to your leader first. Arrive a few minutes early or stay after to ask for a private chat with your coach. She did say you could ask for the coaches e-mail as well. Second, she said you can call the WW 800-651-6000 number to complete a form about your concern but you would have to give your name and coaches name. This information then goes to the Territory Manager who would take it from there. She gave me the following website that is really cool! It lists the names of the top 17 coaches and information about them and the classes they teach. The Kickstart classes are for new members and the Virtual Classes are for those who already attend classes. Be sure to checkout the website below! www.weightwatchers.com/us/m/cms/kickstart/coaches After your meeting if you don't have a survey there Is a link to the survey below. weightwatcherscx.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_a4AWRkoBytHdUi1The lady I talked to today was Leslie, she teaches a class at Oaklawn, Illinois on Sunday, 9:00 a.m. Central Hope you find this information helpful! That website is very cool! I have been to one of coach Karmi's workshops, but haven't been to any of the ones lead by the other's coaches. It would be great if WW could make a better directory of workshops that is organized by day and time instead of location, that you can easily find and drop in when you need the encouragement.
Thanks for getting this info!
I completed the 50 state challenge and have now been trying to compile my own list of meetings by day in a spreadsheet.

itsrad , The link still does not work for me. I get bad gateway. I am using Chrome. Both links work for me in Chrome. I don't know why it isn't working for you - you could try cutting and pasting. Something on your computer may be blocking that website.

I went to the website that listed the top 10 coaches. One of them lives in San Diego County. She offers a workshop at the same studio I used to attend (when meetings were in person) and the link to the workshop is the same one my own coach uses. I went today. She really is a terrific coach! I have no intention of switching from the coach that got me to goal in the first place, but I did text my coach (formerly leader) to tell her I was at this other one today. Her response was, "She's awesome!" and I texted back saying "As are you!" and included a smiley face. It was totally worth it to experience the way someone else led another workshop. Thanks for posting those sites, mac

Thanks Holly for your post!! I hope to visit all 17 coaches on the list as all you have to do is click the meeting highlighted on the coaches website I posted and it takes you to the meeting.
I joined our hometown VM tonight, we had 13 members including the coach and guide, three visitors from other states. We had an excellent meeting, our guide is a coach as well, she was at her studio that is now open, she said it was going good for weighn-ins, they are having classes at that studio this Saturday and you can register on-line to reserve a seat.
Holly, hope you book marked that website for the questionaire at the end of your meeting. The phone receptionist did say some people have not been able to get the questionaire on their computers, phones at the end of the meeting, not sure why.
