Today is the day we share our goals for the week and what we'll do during our me-time. Also you can post about anything else you want.

I have my usual goals: track, weigh and measure, exercise, do meditation, go to my WW virtual meeting, and keep up with my online support groups. My goals work, I've been maintaining. My me-time is my computer, puzzle, exercise, and meditation time. Really like that I got into meditating.

Goals:
* Track every BLT on ITB * Walk 60 minutes most days of the week * Add in weights and stretching when I think to do so * Hydrate * Stay positive * Watch the scale on its downward trend
