S - Usual coffee B - Ricotta stuffed french toast with strawberry compote and fresh strawberries L - Chicken salad on 647 wheat with jicama slaw S - Peach D - Scallops with tarragon sauce, grilled corn on the cob E - DOR but with 5 minute activity breaks every hour or so for sanity

i have 1.4 lbs of ground beef i got on sale yesterday so i'd prefer to just go ahead and cook it all so i have it for the week. i'm thinking of doing half of it as taco meat to make taco salad and half as curried ground beef (also to make salad).
i will also probably have 2 squares dark (95%) chocolate and an ice coffee with splash of cream and 1 packet splenda.

The "Pineapple Freezy Whip" was really good. I only used about 5 frozen pineapple chunks, and it was very flavorful
