How do you measure your success in your weight management journey?

Had to think about this one. I guess I measure in how I look, how my clothes fit, my weight, my improved health, and my improved mobility.

I assess/measure weight loss by:
* scale weight * how a robe fits - did not meet in the middle last December and now it overlaps a bit * my face - always slims down first * my tummy - second spot to decrease ...with my multiple chins * how I feel
* how other clothing fits - too tight zipping, bra on a different hook, stuff like that

That I'm maintaining without thinking about it too much. Using the Beck tools that work for me has become mostly automatic. I still write a lot down every day - credits, track food, exercise.

That’s my goal lani, I want to get to the point where what I do becomes habit. Looks like it’s not far away. The tests are coming. 😂
