It's that time of year again for one of our reviews. I've somewhat followed this book for years since we were on the old WW message boards and consider it part of my success (lost 80 pounds and have kept it off for over 12 years.) One good point of the program is we list our why's for losing/maintaining our weight. You are encouraged to review the list everyday and whenever you struggle. I know reviewing my why's helps me in situations where I'm thinking of going off the rails and it helps me to keep up my good habits.
