baked chicken breast with pork rind "bread" crumb. jalapeno poppers. ice coffee with cream/splenda 2 squares 95% dark chocolate
i bought some almond milk. figured i'd give it a try and see if i can get accustomed to the taste.

change of lunch plans. i ended up eating the rest of the grilled chicken as a lettuce wrap and my side was fresh heirloom tomato slices with sea salt and sheep/goat milk cheese.
