This morning we are mounting an expedition to Toots' DBigBro's senior living complex; DBabySis has been told that there is no restriction on our going in to his apartment. This is a reconnaissance mission.

Good morning.
We did the shopping thing yesterday and are now set for a few weeks. Everyone is still wearing masks in the stores---EVERYONE. In the two stores we went to we saw all shoppers in masks, no big family groups, and the few little kids we saw were also wearing masks. We are still doing the disinfecting thing with packages so shopping is still more of a chore than it used to be but if it helps us stay safe we'll keep doing what we have been doing the last few months.
Yesterday was warm with a lovely breeze and low humidity but today will be a steam bath. I will putter around outside until I can't stand it anymore then I'll come inside and finally force myself to do some long-ignored indoor chores.

Good morning! Another dreary day with more rain possible. We've had 7" in 2 days so I've had enough of now! Guess I'll stay inside and get some chores done around here. TGIF, y'all. diva49, good luck on your spy mission! |

Morning all! I'm in.
My county officially starts the green phase today. Salons now open to a 50% occupancy and by appointment only. Restaurants, bars, gyms and fitness centers are also now open at 50% occupancy and following CDC guidelines. The work from home order for my spouse has been extended to August 3rd now. I hope we can keep our numbers down.
We did curbside groceries last night. Tonight, flatbread pizza and a movie. Hope everyone has a good day!

Morning all and thanks for the start diva49. Good luck today, fingers are crossed. Took me a few hours to figure out it was both their TV AND their cable box 🤦🏼♀️ must have been a lightening strike. The first few hours were spent thinking "this doesn't make any sense" and trying every combination and pushing every button possible. By 6:30 PM they were back up and running. Need to run do a pick-up before we get slammed again 🙄 Have a great day friends! ☕️☕️☕️ |
