S - Usual coffee B - Frittata over arugula w/lite toast L - Hummus avocado cucumber carrot wrap D - BLT w/cheese E - DOR but possibly a bike ride later

what i meant to eat yesterday:
baked pork rind crusted chicken and jalapeno poppers. ice coffee with cream and splenda dark chocolate may have wine but not sure.
