WW Coach Cassina Scuefield!

I joined WW Coach, Cassina, located in Garland, Texas this morning at 11:00 for an excellent V M class! There were only eight people there including the coach and guide because they had classes at the studio starting today. No disruptions in the well presented class. She is one of the Top Ten Coaches (actually 17 listed).

That I've made a decision to pull back on socializing. We have had one or two people over on the back deck, and we have visited one other couple. It is just too hard to maintain distance and gets stressful.
