last week on Sunday was 195.6 lowest last week was 194.2
NOTE: Set the I Track Bites to carb conscious (more like points plus) and will track on it instead of conquer cravings (more like 123 Success) because I am feeling penalized for eating fruit and as there is plenty of fruit coming in from the garden and don't like feeling I can't eat it...will give carb conscious/points plus a try. If it doesn't work or I gain I will go back to conquer cravings.

I dropped the pound and it took a bit along with it. I was not hungry last night though I found I paid more for a few items I ate (spaghettini and peanut butter and perhaps bread). I also realized if I did get hungry I could have another piece of fruit or some vegetables.
