leftover pork rind crusted chicken and the last of the jalapeño poppers.
i ended up trying the dalgona coffee yesterday with unsweetened almond milk. i ended up having to add more splenda than i normally do! i hadn't realized how sweet regular whole cow's milk tastes compared to unsweetened almond milk. i still added my splash of cream and will make it again today.
