Happy Tuesday! diva49, good luck with the carpet cleaner! I have my own because kids and dogs!! Well, mostly dogs now! I was looking at my living room carpet this morning and was thinking I need to clean it! Maybe later today! Today is our 19th wedding anniversary! We haven't killed each other yet! LOL He has to work tonight so no celebration. That's OK. I hope you all have a GREAT day! Positive energy to all! |

i miss my stylists so much! last i read from an article last week, our governor is not allowing hair salons (among other types of businesses, including gyms) to open unless the county applying for stage 3 reopening can prove they have cases under control (no increases in hospitalizations for 14 consecutive days for example).
los angeles county has not made the cut. our cases are rising too much.

I’m in. I made it to my VW this morning. Forced me to take stock and refocus on my journey. I need to keep smiling and planning, tracking, hydrating and moving. I am focused on blue today.

neen,- Happy anniversary. I went to school today and took donuts in as a thank you for the custodians. I made sure last week that they'd be there. One is out with a bad back and one has a migraine! Oh well, I tried. I was going to start putting my room back together by my furniture hasn't come. I asked the principal about it and it looks like the previous principal never submitted the order and lost the paperwork! So I just did a quick list through Amazon and sent it to the new principal. I did go to a friends house and bought $100 of her daughters clothes. 14 sweaters, a dress and three pairs of boots. But there was at least $185 worth of sweaters that still had the tag on! So I'm pretty happy with a new wardrobe for school- hopefully we get to wear it. Be safe everyone.

Happy Anniversary neen. linda72 I went to a new hair salon today and when I was through the receptionist asked if I wanted to make my next 2-3 appointments in case they have to close again for Covid. I didn't make any because I don't have a set number of months in between cuts.I just have it cut when I can't stand it anymore but I thought that was nice. |

borntexan, my stylist also sets appointments for months ahead. I had resisted doing that in the past but I now appreciate having the appointments set up for the next 6 months. I can plan around the appointments. Now, I just hope the salons aren't shut down again so I can keep the appointments!
