S - Usual coffee B - Cold butternut squash soup with added sauteed mushrooms L - Hummus, gorgonzola, radishes and seared scallions in a pita S - Watermelon D - ? If I go to Shoprite, lobster, lite butter/hot sauce/lemon for dipping, mixed green salad w/ov, lite garlic toast. Otherwise chicken quesadilla with a purple pepper from the garden! E - DOR but maybe a bike ride if it's not too hot later.

i have a spaghetti squash i need to bake and will add bacon and homemade cheese sauce on top. 2 squares dark chocolate ice coffee with cream/splenda

i have a spaghetti squash i need to bake and will add bacon and homemade cheese sauce on top. 2 squares dark chocolate ice coffee with cream/splenda that squash meal didn't happen at all! i had a thai chicken salad (one of the small plastic trays of salad that you can buy at supermarkets) and a hamburger patty with mayo/mustard sauce
