I remember a Yahoo Group that was something like Serious Weight Watchers but don't remember this list. I think I may have joined but they were SERIOUS!

I remember the rules so something must have been on the boards. It might have been on a board other than the Newbie board. (Newbie board and Maintenance board where I learned how to do this.)

I don't remember any of it, but it reminds me A LOT of Overeaters Anonymous Gray Sheet adherents. Those people were (probably still are) brutal. I always thought they replaced one obsession with another. Total rigidity.

On the 200 lb. Board, there was a group called No Excuses, or something like that. I thought they did a good job with accountability for those who were serious about losing weight, without going overboard or to extremes.

squid, Yeah, I would be more of a "no excuses" type although I'm lucky I can stray a little as long as I'm on plan most of the time.
