S - Usual coffee B - Small rb sub L - Lobster roll with side salad D - Tuna tartare and seaweed salad E - WAM or interval. Got distracted this morning and never did it so I'll do it tonight.

salmon pan seared in olive oil until crisp and then finished off in the oven. i topped it with sauteed spinach and arugula mixed with a couple ounces of cream cheese, some salt, garlic powder, nutmeg and cayenne pepper. 2 squares dark chocolate dalgona coffee made with unsweetened almond milk, decaf coffee (the one DotRen, recommended to me on amazon a few months back - it's so good!), and splenda and splash of cream. may have a glass of reisling later since it's friday.
