We post on the Simply Filling thread and anyone is welcome to join at any time. I will post another reminder on the first day the challenge begins. (we usually post about the previous day - thus the two dates above)
This challenge is about deciding to make a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit.
After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went.
YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us!

THE CHALLENGE WILL RUN from today till October 14
~ Dates for this challenge: July 6, 2020 through October 14 2020 ~ and will hopefully help us get through more of the pandemic and achieve something we would like to accomplish to and through the beginning of autumn. ~

Okay...this is the day we begin to track for the next 100 days SO to remind us of that I have posted day 1 here and now. I will have tomorrow's date as day 1, too, but for those of you who have done this awhile you already will have your goal/habit change in mind and be eager to begin. Those who opt-in this time around...eager to get to know you and watch you achieve success in creating a new habit or accomplishing something you have been putting off.
