Breakfast: egg on toast with tomatoes cooked in the microwave + black coffee
Lunch: zucchini soup with green Tabasco, Lebanese bread as a wrap for bean patties, cabbage, tomatoes and sriracha followed by nonfat laban/labne mixed with cherries, plums and some mulberry jam
Snack: Probably some Arabic/Turkish coffee
Dinner: might have a smoothie - TBD

i meed to make the pasilla peppers i bought. still haven't used them up yet. i think i will just fill them with cream cheese and cheddar and bacon and make them into poppers.
i also have some broccoli slaw and will try to make that into a cold salad of some type.
definitely having some wine today. reisling made into a spritzer.
