Only a few fireworks in the neighborhood last night. Hoping tonight is not too bad. Aside from the noise, the fire danger is critical here by the time July 4th rolls around.

More fireworks!
Usually I don’t like neighborhood fireworks, but the ones I saw last night were spectacular. They were on the street behind my house, about 6 houses down at the end of the road. They were not the usual, they were pretty professional looking. I sat in my backyard driveway and watched. I’m seriously hoping for more tonight.

since i have been working such late hours (til midnight most nights) i took the opportunity to sleep until 2PM today! with a little bit of getting up here and there to deal with the girls but not too much!
i missed a 9am meeting this morning but whatever. work is burning me out.
so my one thing today is sleeping.

Teamwork with Toots, Son#1, and the Kressling.
Avatar is the furniture we moved, mostly today (Toots & I moved the headboard & 2 nightstands on Monday).
GracieTOO (my Highlander) has some impressive hauling capacity.
