Breakfast: steel cut oats with labneh and apricot jam and coffee
Lunch: zucchini soup and wrap for the bread) with cabbage, tomato, cucumber and veggie patties with hot sauce then yogurt/labneh with cherries, plums and some mulberry jam
Dinner: half loaf lebanese bread for wrap with tomato, cucumber and 2 oz light cheese + tbsp each tahini and carob molasses eaten with a tiny spoon

leftover broccoli slaw (i made it with mayo, a little sugar, bacon and shredded cheddar). leftover pasilla pepper stuffed with cream cheese, shredded cheddar and bacon. dalgona coffee with almond milk and splenda and splash of cream. 2 squares dark chocolate.
