Spring is here. Get out of hibernation. So let's join together and encourage and cheer each other on with our fitness goals! Warm weather will be here before we know it and we want to be in shape to enjoy it!
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from March 20 to June 21

Sat -at least 6 servings water

It is 3am and eating so hungry So I had a slice of healthy life and tablespoon of peanut butter and now smoothy from ww.

I got already almost 4000 steps went on treadmill 30 minutes so got most of them there. Shooting for 15k which I got yesterday I meet my case manager at Target down the street i am going to try do 60 minutes a day on treadmill to help get the 15k

I have 8000 steps.ib 3 segments total 60 minutes. If I do 3 more segments and I would maybe get segments of 20 minutes each that wik be 120 minutes and I would get 15k

10,000 steps now in 4 segments totaling 80 minutes. I will do the last 2 segments later in the day. 120 minutes at 2.1 mph is 4 miles

I am eating 4 foods a day.Shoping should be easy.jello surge free jello 3 apples 10 tabkesoiispoons if natural peanut butter and 10 secs of healthy life equal to 5 slices fWW bread, Chocolate smoothies from WW 4 this is budget friendly and vegetarian. 75 grams of protein.

Amy, wowsa, WTG on your steps yesterday and on today's already!
I will be heading to the gym after work today for spinning and weight lifting. It's ridiculously cold outside, I wish it would hurry up and warm up so I can get outside and start walking!
Jeesh, I gotta get my fitbit set up so I can be buddies with you all, Amy and Brenda! I think you all would inspire to walk more and to do that I would probably have to put down the fork and get moving -which can only help my waistline, lol!

Deb this is the first day I am getting them all on the treadmill I need at least 15k because I get 17 fit points and 14 count. I can eat the 15k an use just fit points 14 left to use all of them to keep at 36 points, 50 points is aver 14 above 361912 calories h12500 steps now

i did the 4 treDMILL MILES 120 MINUTES AND 15K I go to target in 15 minutes just down the street my case manager will meet me there.

Amy, sounds like a good plan! WTG on athe TM miles, wow!
I went to PT today and asked about stopping PT. They are good with that so I'll have 1 last appointment next week and then I'm done with PT, yeaaa! I can use that time instead to go for walks!
