I have one point left for the day BUT may leave it as there was a bit of oil in the pan when I fried the eggs this evening... Breakfast(7): cold steel cut oats(3) cut up and added to nonfat yogurt(2) with pears from the garden and a plum plus some apricot jam(1), tbsp sunflower seeds(1) and black coffee Lunch(7): hummus (1/2 cup = 4) with cucumber, tomato and onion scooped up with bread(3) and some iced tea Dinner(11): two eggs(4) with just under 2 oz processed cheese(4) in Lebanese bread(3) with ketchup
Walked 60 minutes

i ended up not eating the leftover pasilla peppers yesterday.
may just have 2 thin slices of bread pan fried in butter with slice of cheddar melted on top (open face grilled cheese pretty much) and some broccoli slaw.
