Yesterday’s meal plan went right out the window. I kept indulging like I did all weekend. Planning a better day today.

i completely changed up what i planned on yesterday because i went to the local supermarket (the fancy one this time instead of the usual ralphs).
so yesterday's lunch ended up being leftover salmon on baby arugula and frisee with olive oil and balsamic vinegar fresh mozzarella marinated in olive oil, garlic and chili flakes a couple of cerignola olives a few bites of roasted yams drizzled with maple syrup with pecans a few bites of roasted delicata squash
i basically wanted to try everything i bought.

so then today's food will be the darn pasilla peppers i need to eat up because i can't bear to waste food and the broccoli slaw. again, not wanting to waste food but not loving them past the day they were first freshly made. normally i don't have a problem with leftovers but i am lately and can't figure out why. guess i need to go back to cooking each day now that work load is lightening up a bit.
i also will have a dalgona coffee with almond milk, splenda and splash of cream (another fancy pants one i am dying to try that came in a glass bottle and actually has twice the calories of the one i usually buy in the carton so it better be worth it!)

and for the third post of the day in this thread, my fickle self struck again.
i had bought fresh salmon patties from the store yesterday and decided to have a freshly pan friend salmon patty over baby arugula with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a mayo lemon sauce on top of the patty and some extra lemon squeezed on.
also some more bites of roasted yam with pecans, bites of delicata squash, 2 olives and 3 marinated mozzarella balls.
