Today is an at-home day but I doubt that it will be a Not Much one as I await return calls from various people about DBigBro's return from rehab and ongoing care (yes, I'm now running point on it).

Happy Hump Day ( MIKE MIKE MIKE MIKE MIKE!) I swore yesterday was Wednesday all day! Not sure why! LOL oh well!
I missed my window for my morning walk, so lets hope it rains this afternoon and cools it off a little! I see myself having to go walk after 8:00 p.m. when the sun is a little lower in the sky! I'll give the dogs a few laps around the yard a few times today to help with getting my steps in.
Nothing much else to report. For now, all is calm (and yes, I know I just ruined it by saying that)!

Good morning all. And yes, I am missing Mike today on HUMP DAY!
I raced out the door at 6 a.m. to get my walk in. I have a "Tele-Med" visit with my oncologist this morning. I will be ready to go "go live" on my computer at 10 a.m. for our appointment. Something must have happened at his office because I had a text from them last week saying I would be coming into his office to complete blood work and then I would see him. Then, on this past Monday, his office nurse called and said it was switched to a tele-visit and I needed to go to Lab Corp to get my blood work done. Lots of people standing in line there to get the blood work done. I guess a lot of doctors aren't using their on-site labs as much.
Anyway, after our visit I'll be going to the store for a few groceries. We're going out of town tomorrow for the weekend so I won't be chiming in here for a few days. Have a great weekend, y'all!
I will be trying hard to stay OP and will track everything!

I love that we keep Mike's memory alive here 
I'm in. It's hazy and humid with afternoon boomers likely here. The squirrels in our giant pin oak have done their annual nest dumps. I'm always amazed at just how large they make their nests when I'm forced to remove the remnants from the lawn and driveway. A fairly typical day on tap - tracked and sticking to plan. Veggie omelets for dinner.

I’m in. Beautiful blue sky is keeping me focused on blue. KOKO with tracking, hydrating and moving underway. I’m keeping my eye on healthy choices and positive self talk as I move forward smiling.

I think of Mike every time I am here. He was such a friend to us all!
Right now I am sitting in a chair at the salon with foil all in my hair. Yay! Away with the grays! And I need a haircut big time, too. And a conditioning treatment. My hair has been looking like a mushroom cloud after a nuclear explosion. It's really curly.
The salon is taking smart precautions. I feel comfortable here.
