S - Usual coffee B - Frittata over arugula w/evoo and lemon, 1/2 lite em L - Pulled pork, velveeta and carrot slaw on a 647 long bun S - White peach D - ? Something lite and cold E - DOR except for walking.

salmon patty on top of arugula with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lemon mayo with marinated mozzarella may add a fried egg on top dalgona coffee with almond milk, cream, splenda
